Refund Policy

KeepQR is a one-time payment, and refunds are simple and self-serve.

30-day full refund

You can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked. The window is the 30 days immediately after your payment is completed.

How to request it

Open your management link (the link you received after paying) and use the Refund option there. The refund is self-serve — you don't need to email us or wait for a reply.

What happens to your code

When you refund, your code is deactivated: it stops redirecting and the printed QR no longer sends anyone to your destination. Your refund is returned to your original payment method by our payment provider.

After 30 days

The self-serve refund window is 30 days. After it closes, a code is no longer eligible for the automatic refund. If you believe something went wrong, contact us and we'll look into it.

Card disputes

If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank instead of using the refund option, we don't contest it — the code is closed and stops redirecting. The 30-day self-serve refund above is faster.
